Shmuel has helped raise close to 100 million USD for over 80 startups and has personally invested in 17 Israeli startups. He’s the founder of Crowdinnio, a holding company with ventures in P2P lending, secondary markets, crowdfunding, and more. 

He also founded EvE, an investment banking firm specializing in M&As, guiding startups through capital growth and regulatory challenges. 

Shmuel’s investment philosophy is shaped by an unusual assumption about longevity: he believes his generation and those that follow will likely live well past today’s norms, changing how he thinks about time horizons and which startups are worth backing for decades rather than years. It’s also the lens behind founding both Crowdinnio, which spans P2P lending, secondary markets, and crowdfunding, and EvE, his M&A advisory firm helping startups navigate capital growth and regulatory challenges — two ventures built to compound value over a much longer runway than most investors plan for.
